We will follow up with phone calls to the debtor, if permitted by law. If these preliminary collection attempts fail, we are able to aggressively representing you in court. We will attempt to cost-effectively collect your money by seeking a default judgment or summary judgment, but we are able to seek a judgment in a trial proceeding if necessary. If we obtain a judgment, we are able to continue collection if the debtor still fails to pay through post-judgment collection.
