As a father of four, I know how seriously you take your child’s future. I also know that even though we don’t condone bad behavior, in most cases it’s not bad behavior that gets a son or daughter in a difficult situation, but a poor decision.
However, that poor decision may have severe, long-term consequences and he/she may not understand the severity of those consequences. But, you do. This isn’t just about a criminal charge; it is about protecting your child’s future. We regularly defend Texas Tech, LCU and South Plains College students charged with DWI/DUI/MIP/MIC/POM and help them through the pitfalls of a criminal case.
